While not directly managing delivery headcount, this leader embeds trainers, auditors, AI monitors, and analysts within operations to ensure consistent standards for both human and AI-assisted performance and to enable data-informed decision-making.

  • Our business is intensely competitive and is constantly evolving. We quickly identify new challenges and develop solutions, so you won’t simply be doing what was done last year. Our new employees are frequently pleased and surprised by how quickly we make decisions and adapt to market conditions.
  • Knowtion Health culture is inviting and competitive, embracing challenge and celebrating accomplishment; dedicated colleagues striving to provide quality results that have lasting impact.

The Opportunity:

  • Design and govern the enterprise training curriculum for all RCM roles, including Revenue Recover Specialist, Coding, Clinical Auditors, Attorneys, and RCM leadership.
  • Build and maintain training pathways for AI tool adoption, ensuring staff understand when and how to apply AI-assisted workflows in AR management, denials, and complex claims.
  • Oversee QA programs for all human work product across service delivery — AR follow-up, denial submissions, appeal documentation, and complex claim resolution.
  • Own the analytics infrastructure and reporting function that tracks, provides insights to overall delivery performance.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of directors and individual contributors across the three domains; attract talent with RCM expertise, learning design skills, and data/AI fluency.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, or a related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with demonstrated accountability for quality, training, or analytics functions.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or above) within an RCM services organization, ideally a vendor or BPO serving hospital or health system clients.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in at least two of the following areas: AR management, payer denials, complex claims, or HIM/coding operations.
  • Proven experience building and scaling QA programs, including audit methodology design, scorecard development, and remediation workflows.
  • Fluency in RCM data analytics, including interpretation of denial trends, AR aging, resolution rates, and payer adjudication patterns.
