The Integration Analyst will improve scalability, by identifying areas of automation and enhanced efficiencies. The role will primarily be responsible for creating, monitoring and supporting solutions within all Knowtion Health systems, with the ability to identify areas of process improvement and automation.

The Opportunity:
- Create, support, and update various configurations within Knowtion Health systems (20%). Including, but not limited to:
- Pools
- Status, Action/Result, and Closure Codes
- ELT set ups- File Transformation and inbound configurations
- Facility Structures
- SSIS package
- Process incoming and outgoing files according to schedules created (30%).
- Coordinate and conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders for the configuration and deployment in all Knowtion Health systems. (20%)
- Triage and resolve requests submitted by end users (20%)
- Monitor file processing and activity (5%)
What you bring:
- 2 year/Associates Degree or higher; Business; Information Technology; Health Information Technology; or related field
- Experience with receivables management systems; FACS, and Artiva experience is preferred.
- 2 years of application analyst experience
- Preferred experience with Epic or Cerner Millennium systems
- Strong technical problem-solving skills (ETL, workflows, IT Business Analysis)
- Experience working in an Agile project environment preferred
- Experience working with a software development team preferred
- SQL Experience
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle preferred
