Quality Assurance Specialist

A Specialist I, QA works at the direction of the Team Lead II, QA to monitor the quality of revenue cycle account work and compliance with client SOPs.

The Opportunity:

  • Self-motivate to monitor quality of account work within virtual business office environment.
    • Including, but not limited to calls, correspondence, and database entries to ensure that each team member’s performance meets Knowtion Health standard.
  • Respectfully monitor implementation of client specific protocols and procedures
  • Prepare professional review documents analyzing each team member's verbal, written and database proficiency.
  • Meet with Assistant Directors and Team Leaders to provide regular updates regarding team member performance, providing retraining recommendations when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate expertise with Artiva database as necessary to review account quality.
  • Identify and communicate patterns and trends in team member work to recommend remediation training.
  • Identify team members that demonstrate above average expertise for acknowledgement of excellence.
  • Proactively communicate concerns to supervisor for resolution
  • Provide feedback as necessary to ensure efficient revenue cycle recovery.

What you bring:

  • Experience with Artiva, Box, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • 2 years with Knowtion Health
  • QA’s 90% or above
  • Significant experience with claims resolution and implementation of client SOPs
  • Self-Motivated and Self-Disciplined
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, prioritize, and problem solve independently.
