The Help Desk Technician responds to a variety of technical issues by end users (company-wide staff) then identifies, researches, and resolves the issues.

The Opportunity:

• Provides swift and thorough troubleshooting assistance to remote end-users for a wide range of technical issues with company hardware/software.
• Identifies issues and recommends solutions for developing long-term strategies for future computer hardware/software needs.
• Configures hardware for new employees and repairs/replacement of old equipment.
• Supports the implementation of new vendors or software rollouts to the company.

What you bring:

• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in an IT environment preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong knowledge of Windows and PC troubleshooting and setup
• Strong knowledge of MS Exchange server
• Strong knowledge of VPN, firewall, and security protocols for LAN and WAN
• Adaptable to constantly changing IT landscape via continued self-research/education
