The Product Owner, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering innovative solutions that streamline and enhance healthcare revenue processes.

The Opportunity:

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements in alignment with the execution of the Product Roadmap
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and stakeholder needs.
  • Write clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
  • Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint grooming
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, making data-driven decisions for enhancements
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and release notes.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in RCM and healthcare technology to keep the product effectively translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferred
  • Have a strong understanding of technical concepts, including AI and data analytics
  • Experience working in a rapid pace environment with multiple and shifting priorities
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred or other agile/project management certifications preferred
