The Project Manager, PMO (Project Management Office) is responsible for the successful implementation of Knowtion Health line of business programs at client hospital and health systems as well as other project initiatives internal and external to Knowtion Health.

The Opportunity:
- Work directly with the EVP, Client Engagement/PMO, Manager, Project Management. and other Project Managers/Coordinators within the department to institute and execute on industry best-practice project and program management methodologies and practices
- Facilitate the achievement of successful project implementations using the Knowtion Health PMO process, adapted to each project and client implementation.
- Manage multiple projects of varying types simultaneously following best practice standards
- Create Project Schedules and Plans, Work Breakdown Structure, define project scopes stakeholder register, project RACI matrix, RAID (Risks Assumptions Issues Decisions Dependencies) register, action item tracking and follow-up (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project), manage communication plans, Knowtion Health contact lists, and internal and external timelines for each project following department standards, across functional departments.
- Ensure that projects and implementations are completed on time, within scope, according to Knowtion Health implementation standards (such as “Live in 55”), and meet stakeholder and client expectations as per the established deliverables for the project
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external project related meetings, develop and distribute agendas 48 hours prior to meetings for final review, take minutes/notes for any calls attended and distribute those minutes internally and externally following communication protocols
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
- 2+ years’ experience in a customer-service related field
- 2+ years’ prior project management experience; implementation of software or services project management experience preferred
- Experience working with a hospital information system preferred including Epic, Cerner and others
