The AI/ML Solution Architect is responsible for developing robust AI-enabled solutions to empower and optimize healthcare revenue cycle management.

The Opportunity:
- Develop Gen-AI solutions and LLM models using a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Open AI
- Work with stakeholders to identify and implement AI-enabled solutions throughout the organization.
- Research and implement new and emerging tools, techniques, and trends in AI and ML, especially in the domain of Gen-AI and machine learning; provide technical direction for Gen-AI and ML initiatives.
- Develop and enhance machine learning algorithms as per given business and technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to Data Science and other engineering team members
What you bring:
- B.S. in Computer Science and/or master’s degree or PhD degree in quantitative analytics field such as Statistics, Data Science, or other quantitative discipline.
- 10+ years of combined experience with:
- Deep Learning and Machine Learning using frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch etc.
- AI/MLOps solutions in cloud computing environments, such as Azure
- Experience with virtualization and/or cluster management tools, such as Docker/Containers/ Kubernetes
- Experience in managing cloud consumption
- Software architecture
- Experience in designing and implementing machine learning models, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision applications, and other AI technologies preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI and ML Ops platforms and AI and ML CI/CD workflows to manage datasets and model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, esp. with Azure: Possessing a strong grasp of Azure AI services, functionalities and how to integrate them into solutions.
- A deep and proven understanding of AI/ML, including ML frameworks, public cloud and commercial AI/ML solutions.
- Expertise in Azure AI services, including Azure Cognitive Services (Vision, Language, Speech), Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI Service preferred.
- Deep understanding of AI algorithms, GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, Open AI, RAG, computer vision, OCR.
- Experience in Healthcare and ML and AI in Healthcare a strong plus.
