Specialist I, Learning and Development

The Specialist I, Learning and Development will become a line of business subject matter expert working regularly with the Line of Business Directors and Quality Assurance resources to develop, design and deliver new (and maintain existing) subject matter material such as Program/Course/Module training products and associated job aides.

The Opportunity:

  • Collaborates effectively with Lines of Business (LOB) leaders and subject matter
    experts to design/develop/maintain/build/deliver training products within the Adobe
    Learning Management System. Perform post training evaluation and
    analysis. 80%
    • Training products include, but are not limited to, new hire
      orientation, line of business specific new hire training, management and leadership
      development, and career development through various channels including self-study, instructor led presentation, session facilitation, and interactive sessions, etc.
    • Assist in LMS administration
  • Monitors LOB specific learner: program progress, discussion boards, certification
    scores, module exercise completion & grading, 1:1 mentoring of learners, and regular
    LOB training reporting and training evaluations. 15%

What you bring:

  • Minimum three years experience designing, developing, delivering and maintaining consistent/objective/measurable training products in a Learning Management System
    environment (Adobe Prime LMS, Articulate 360, Captivate experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, Professional Training Certification or instructional development/design certification required; or associates degree with minimum 3 years demonstrated relevant experience
  • Instructional design experience
  • Training Delivery
  • Training content development experience and knowledge
  • Demonstrated proficiency facilitating training sessions
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 product knowledge (specifically: Power Point, Word, Excel)
