The Director, Client Services position is the primary point of contact for clients and serves as the intermediary between clients and operations. The Director, Client Services works with the Vice President, Client Services in order to effectively manage and grow each assigned client relationship.

The Opportunity:
- Serves as the strategic point of contact for clients and supports organizational growth by providing strategic client direction
- Builds and maintains existing client relationships from daily contacts to decision makers
- Ensures the proper implementation of client projects
- Interacts, as needed, with client management and leadership to answer questions and provide information regarding their current programs and accounts placed to Knowtion Health
- Attends client meetings on-site
- Leads and facilitates client calls to review performance, answer questions from clients, as well as offer suggestions for additional assistance when appropriate
- Monitors placements and revenue for assigned clients in preparation for talking points
- Creates and manages agendas for all client calls; sends to group a minimum of 24 hours prior to call
- Prepares, review for accuracy, and delivers to clients their monthly reports and analytics
- Manages complex issues by collaborating with operations to resolve any workflow, specific account issue, or timeliness of follow-up concerns from client then communicate back to client with resolution or updates
- Manages Aging and Closed reports, escalates any identified issues relating to timeliness of closing accounts and monitors for resolution
- Collaborates with executive leadership to develop strategies to maintain and increase revenue for assigned clients via increasing the scope of current programs (upsell) as well as identification of new opportunities (cross sell)
- Works in tandem with Knowtion Health Client Services Executives to facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
What you bring:
- 4 years of overall professional or leadership level experience
- CRCR certification to be acquired within the first year of employment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in healthcare revenue cycle.
- Ability to oversee the implementation of work plans that meet or exceed client expectations
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis in Excel
- Knowledge of and experience with various patient accounting systems
- Experience with low balance protocols and procedures is preferred
- Up to 50% travel required
