As a part of the Product Management Team and as Director, Product Management, you will be responsible for providing business performance analysis and reporting, and drive improvement projects. Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

The Opportunity:
- Drive strategic roadmap planning by synthesizing market trends, customer insights, and business goals into clear product priorities and long-term vision.
- Establish and evolve product development processes that balance speed, quality, and innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and outcome-driven decision making.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, client services, sales and marketing on product development, QA, and release.
- Translate high-level strategy and product direction into features, epics and user stories.
- Consult with project stakeholders to understand business drives and translate them into function and non-functional requirements. Elicit, capture, analyze, refine and document business requirements and user stories.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product team members, driving cross-functional alignment and accountability to ensure timely and successful execution of the product roadmap in line with strategic business objectives.
- Utilize Agile processes and ceremonies to deliver outcomes.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience preferred
- 5+ years of product management experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills required along with written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications; specifically, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint. Also proficient in using Tableau, Smartsheet and Atlassian Products
- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Experience working in a rapid pace environment with multiple and shifting priorities
- Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred or other agile/project management certifications
- For primary Product Ownership over our claims analytics engine, 5+ years of experience in contract methodologies and payer reimbursement methodologies required
