The main function of the Specialist I, Closures is to ensure accurate closure of accounts being returned from Knowtion Health inventory back to Knowtion Health clients.

The Opportunity:

• Returns inventory back to Knowtion Health clients in a timely fashion, using the appropriate codes within the client system. Daily billing activities for closed accounts, include but are not limited to:
• Reviews account history for accuracy of work completed
• Calculates and posts appropriate adjustments in the client system
• Updates accounts appropriately following provided processes
• Maintains communication with the operations teams regarding processes, account reviews, etc.
• Works within multiple client systems
• Works daily, weekly, and monthly assigned closure WQ’s/ closure reports/ reconciliations
• Meets deadlines set for each client, which may include overtime hours worked

What you bring:

• Healthcare or insurance background
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar
• Understanding of EOBs and the posting and adjustment processes
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
