The Integration Analyst, Implementation is responsible for contributing to the success of Knowtion Health solutions and services at client health systems. This role oversees certain aspects of solution implementations and post-go live stabilization, including but not limited to data acquisition and validation, client-facing and internal communication, solution data specification maintenance and optimization, and data-related risk management to ensure timely solution delivery and alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.

The Opportunity:
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) to support scalable and timely approach to data acquisition and validation.
- Assist Implementation Managers on multiple concurrent client implementation projects, ensuring timely progress and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply industry and Knowtion Health best practices in collaboration with team Managers and fellow Analysts.
- Resolve technical project roadblocks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in and facilitate internal and external project meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, note-taking, and distribution of meeting minutes.
- Document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all new client and program implementations.
- Oversee the setup of automated and ad hoc SFTP file exchanges between clients and Knowtion Health per project specifications.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years working for a healthcare or revenue cycle organization
- 1+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or business analyst roles.
- 1+ years working specifically with standardized healthcare claims and remit data (837I, 837P, 835) and familiarity with working with non-standard custom revenue cycle extracts (transaction and account files for example).
- Experience writing, QA’ing, and explaining SQL queries to generate custom reports and support product-related development efforts.
- Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Excel.
