The Senior Manager, Delivery leads the operational performance and execution of multiple service lines, including Professional Underpayments and Interest & Penalties. This role oversees delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement, consistency, and scalability.

The Opportunity:
- Lead daily operations for PB Underpayments and Interest & Penalties service lines, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
- Oversee workload distribution, quality assurance, and productivity across multiple operational teams.
- Serve as escalation point for complex payer or client issues requiring analytical or contractual interpretation.
- Monitor KPIs such as recovery rate, resolution cycle time, and claim throughput to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Partner with Analytics, Product, and Technology to enhance workflow automation and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure operational compliance with payer contracts, CMS guidelines, and internal standards.
- Maintain familiarity with evolving payer and state regulations that affect reimbursement accuracy.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to manage risk and ensure proper documentation and process adherence.
- Support team expansion and role definition as service lines scale.
- Partner with Client Success and Implementation to provide visibility into performance, outcomes, and emerging payer trends.
- Collaborate with the VP, Delivery to align on strategy, staffing, and process priorities across service lines.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of professional (PB) billing, payer reimbursement methodologies, and contract variance analysis.
- Experience managing multiple operational teams or service lines concurrently.
- Proficiency in claim and remit formats (837/835) and EOB interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in recovery performance and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel and RCM platforms (Epic, Athena, or similar).
