Knowtion Health is a revenue cycle management company that, for nearly 20 years, has helped U.S. health systems resolve denied and complex claims, recover low balance accounts, and defend against payer audits. We support 500+ hospitals in 40 states across the country, including academic medical centers, regional/community health systems, and specialty hospitals (ex. cancer centers, children' s hospitals, etc.).

The heart of Knowtion Health is our nearly 1,000-person strong, dedicated team of payer experts, attorneys, nurses, certified coders and billers, and technology experts. Knowledgeable and informed about current payer patterns and practices - and committed to developing and honing new recovery tactics to aid in revenue recovery - this team (which is 100% onshore) is skilled in articulating the most compelling and persuasive arguments needed to successfully resolve outstanding inventory.

Position Objective

The Director of Client Success serves as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value clients and serves as the intermediary between clients and operations. The Director works with the Vice President of Client Success and acts as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, ensuring clients derive ongoing value from our software and services while identifying expansion and long-term partnership opportunities.

The Opportunity:

  • Own executive-level relationships for strategic healthcare client accounts.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, renewal discussions, and ongoing executive engagement.
  • Proactively monitor client health, adoption, satisfaction, and retention trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Identify growth opportunities while mitigating client risks and driving long-term retention.
  • Travel up to 25% as needed.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or healthcare-related client services.
  • Proven success managing enterprise or strategic accounts with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, business, or technical background preferred.
