Knowtion Health is seeking a Product Delivery Analyst to support revenue cycle analytics solutions, combining healthcare reimbursement expertise, data analysis, and client delivery to ensure accurate analytical outcomes and successful client engagements. This role primarily supports our Interest & Penalties and Physician Underpayment solution lines and is ideal for an analyst who enjoys investigating complex healthcare claims and payment data, validating results, and translating findings into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity:

• Analyze healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data to support client engagements.
• Perform detailed analyses to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytical outputs and client deliverables.
• Utilize SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to investigate data, validate results, and answer business questions.
• Interpret healthcare transaction data, including 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and 837 Claims.
• Apply knowledge of reimbursement methodologies, payer adjudication, payment posting, denials, and revenue cycle workflows when evaluating analytical outcomes.
• Present findings and analytical insights to client stakeholders and respond to questions regarding analytical results and reimbursement concepts.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, reimbursement analysis, payment integrity, healthcare consulting, or related experience.
• Experience working with healthcare claims, remittance, and payment data.
• Familiarity with X12 transaction standards, including 835 and 837 files.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience using Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
