Knowtion Health is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to build and lead a high-performing demand generation strategy that drives pipeline growth across hospitals and health systems. This hands-on leadership role will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and account-based channels, optimize marketing automation and lead generation, and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to deliver measurable business growth.

The Opportunity:

• Build and operate the demand generation engine.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns for health system buyers.
• Implement and manage ABM, marketing automation, and CRM workflows.
• Own core digital demand channels.
• Maximize website conversion, SEO, GEO, AEO, and SEM readiness.
• Measure performance and optimize demand programs.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign management.
• Proven success building and scaling a demand generation function, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including HubSpot and Salesforce, to manage lead lifecycle, nurturing, reporting, and sales alignment.
• Expertise executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, paid social, search, email, webinars, content syndication, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus) and driving account engagement in complex B2B sales environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, measuring campaign performance, and using data to optimize pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
• Healthcare marketing experience preferred, with knowledge of hospitals, health systems, or other complex provider organizations.
