The Team Leader II, Learning and Development is responsible for monitoring, supporting, mentoring and ensuring the success of the Training Team members.

The Opportunity:

• Instructional Design: Create and review instructional design content and Training Team projects before submission to the Director of Training.

• Training Quality & Compliance: Regularly audit training events to ensure alignment with Knowtion Health and Training Team SOPs, while providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.

• Team Leadership: Conduct weekly 1:1s with direct reports, provide coaching and feedback, and support employee development.

• Training Effectiveness: Retrieve and analyze class evaluations and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and success of future training events.

• Business & Content Alignment: Shadow each LOB on a regular rotating basis to ensure training content remains relevant and aligned with operational needs.

• Leadership & Operational Support: Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Training and QA Director and Assistant Director, while proactively communicating issues and supporting resolution.

What you bring:

• A High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Team Leader I requires a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Learning and Development with a high focus on Instructional Design.
• RCM Experience.
• A high level of professionalism.
• Instructional Design.
• High level of Emotional Intelligence.
• Adherence to HIPAA requirements.
